who this is for
the end goal
The point isn't a perfectly polished finished piece... it's falling in love with the process. Tuning into your unique creative heartbeat. By the end of 30 days, you won't just have fresh work to show for it. You'll have started to rewire your brain to create without all the second-guessing. You won't just "get unstuck"... you'll actually enjoy the playfulness of creating.
your art might take the shape of
✨ a song ✨ a poem ✨ a short story ✨ a lyric ✨ an essay ✨ an interpretive dance ✨ a letter to a loved (or hated) one ✨ a visual piece ✨ or something totally unexpected
You're encouraged to explore freely, though most folks tend to work with art that's written, spoken, or sung.
what you get
30 prompts uniquely designed to get you out of your head and into the work, even on the days you have nothing to say.
A quick check-in, a creative pre-game, then we silently write our respective pieces. At the end, a few people share. Writing on a muted Zoom sounds mundane... but somehow it's always magical.
Stay consistent and get rewarded. Special incentives when you hit day 10, 20, and 30, because showing up deserves recognition.
Private group with people who get it. Idea swaps, honest feedback, and the kind of creative belonging that's hard to find anywhere else.
Direct feedback, real talk, and someone in your corner who will not let you stay creatively stuck this month. That's a promise.
people are talkin'
"I'm breaking through walls that have been there for years. I can't emphasize enough the fact that I came into this challenge so casually, and now it's literally become life-changing. And not because of what I'm doing, but just because I'm DOING. Focused, every day, at least for a few minutes."Matt D.
"Best money I think I might have ever spent. The accountability, prompts, support, encouragement, feedback, collabs & challenges made it so fun. This group made me not only show up every day for them, but show up for myself, as apparently I had forgotten how to do that. Highly recommend."Rachel M.
"I can't begin to tell you how empowering it was to have participated, experienced, witnessed, and shared such a thing with this special group of people. It was one of the best things I ever did for myself. Take the leap. You just might find yourself."Maria T.
FAQ
If you're willing to jump in with both feet and be honest with yourself, this will rock your world. Every person has a creative life force, it's just a matter of tapping in. We're detaching from polished outcomes and championing process above all else. If that sounds good: welcome.
If you're established but feel like you've hit a plateau, or like you're on the verge of something new, it's time to mix it up. If your ego says otherwise, don't bother.
Nope, all sales are final. And like everything in life, you get what you put in.
Yes, weekly live calls via Zoom, Sundays at 2pm PT. We do a quick check-in, a creative pre-game, then silently write our respective pieces. I offer an optional prompt for each call. At the end, a few people share what they created. It sounds like it would feel the same as writing alone... but somehow it's always magical. Like borrowing each other's flow state.
Yes! Each call will be recorded and available via an unlisted YouTube link.
No. I offer 3–4 challenges a year, but each has its own unique flavor. This one is Mess Is Medicine. If you're feeling drawn to this particular vibe, pull the trigger.
We begin March 22. The deadline to join is also March 22.
You'll have lifetime access to the private community group, though it will close for active posting after the challenge ends. After that: read-only access.
Around 10 minutes a day is enough to make a real difference. But honestly... some people barely participate during the challenge, and months later a prompt rises up and unlocks something big. This is designed for people with full lives. If you feel a yes to this, even if you're not sure how it fits: trust that. Follow your curiosities.
Only the live Zoom calls are scheduled. Everything else, prompts, community, replay videos, is on your own time. If you miss a call, the replay will be there.
This is choose-your-own-adventure. There's an accountability buddy option if you want more of a push. Or you can set your own pace. I and the group will support whatever you choose.
Yes, there's absolutely space to work on your project, and prompts often naturally unlock something in your current work. That said, the real magic comes when you let yourself explore beyond it. Think of it like cross-training for creativity. Bring your project, but leave room for surprise.
I can't promise you'll feel comfortable at all times... sometimes creative uplevels feel really icky. What I can promise: I don't tolerate hate speech of any kind. I'm an unapologetic ally to People of Color, LGBTQ+ people, Disabled people, and anyone who's ever felt on the fringe. Anyone whose presence doesn't align with these values will be removed, with a full refund.
I'm also not a therapist, and this challenge doesn't replace 1:1 healing work. If a prompt touches something too tender, please pause. Trust your inner knowing.
30 days. 2 minutes a day. A room full of people doing it with you.
